PPS fiber has high temperature resistance, complete strength retention and inherent chemical resistance, which can maintain good filtration performance and achieve ideal service life in harsh environments. PPS fibers have poor oxidation resistance at high temperatures and cannot be used in cases where the oxygen content is too high. PPS filter felt is an ideal high temperature filter material, which is lower in price than the high temperature filter Metas, and is an ideal substitute for Metas filter.

Our factory imports Japan Toray PPS fiber, and all the indexes of PPS needle felt produced by the factory have reached the international level. For the excellent thermoplasticity of PPS fiber, our factory adopts PPS hot melt bag produced by imported automatic hot melt technology . The bottom, side and collar ring connection method of the filter bag are welded by hot melt method, which avoids the traditional seam filter bag. The side leakage problem caused by pinholes and uneven material, the fiber shedding problem, etc. are all solved by such a full heat fusion welded filter bag. The high-precision wireless seam filter bag uses digital co-location multi-point welding equipment to ensure that the welding at each point remains the strongest and consistent.

PPS needle felt characteristics :

1 , working temperature 170 °C , short-term working temperature 232 ° C , melting point 285 ° C , limiting oxygen index 34 ~ 35 . 
2. It can be applied when the oxygen content is 15 % or less. 
3. Sulfur-containing oxides in fuels or sulfur-containing oxides in flue gas have been proven to be resistant to acid-base corrosion and chemical resistance. 
4. Where the flue contains moisture. 
5 , under the temperature of 190 °C ~ 232 °C industrial and mining conditions, gas cloth ratio of up to 5:1 line cleaning and air cloth ratio of 6:1 for offline cleaning, PPS filter bags have an excellent performance record.
