Polypropylene needle felt is widely used in the liquid filtration industry, based on the excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance and hydrolytic stability of polypropylene fibers. It is the best choice for medicine and chemical industry. The shortcoming lies in the low softening point of polypropylene and the photosensitivity of polypropylene. Therefore, we can only use it under the condition that the temperature is not high and the working environment is relatively closed and not exposed to direct sunlight.

Different needle felts are selected according to the mining industry. Our products mainly include ordinary conventional polypropylene needle felt and high strength needle felt. Different from the base fabric taken by the needle felt composite layer, it affects the overall strength of the filter material.

For different customer groups, our equipment can produce products with weights ranging from 300g/ m2 to 750g/ m2 and thicknesses from 1.2cm to 4.5cm . The width is also selective, with a maximum door width of 2.8m .
